Day 01: Udaipur Arrival
Upon your arrival in Udaipur, your private driver will greet you at Udaipur Airport/ Railway station and transfer you to your hotel. Check in and rest of the day is at your leisure and rest. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02: Udaipur Sightseeing Tour
After breakfast embark on a city tour of Udaipur. Visit some of the major tourist hotspots covering the City Palace Museum, Sahelion Ki Bari, Folk Art Museum and Jagdish Temple. Later visit to the Monsoon Palace situated on the hill, that enhances the beauty of this magnificent city. Enjoy a peaceful boat ride on Lake Pichola as you watch the sunset onto the city's marble facades, with beautiful views of the mountains. Overnight stay at Udaipur.
Day 03: Udaipur – Chittorgarh (120kms/ 2 hrs)
After having breakfast drive to Chittorgarh. Upon arrival, check into your pre-booked hotel. After freshen up, explore City sightseeing of Chittorgarh, visit the Chittorgarh Fort. Thereafter, visit the Padmini's Palace, Vijaya Stambh (Victory of Tower) and Gaumukh Reservoir. Come back to hotel in the evening to spend the night leisurely after dinner.
Day 04: Chittorgarh – Bundi (155kms/ 3 hrs)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed from Chittorgarh to Bundi. On arrival, check-in at the pre-booked hotel. Freshen-up and proceed to visit Taragarh Fort. The Taragarh Fort circlets the summit of a steep hill overlooking the town. The architecture is of note and the views are stunning. Next, visit the Sukh Mahal. It is the magnificent summer palace on the Jait Sagar Lake beautified with lush garden and surroundings of the Aravali mountain range. Return back to the hotel. Stay overnight at Bundi.
Day 05: Bundi – Ranthambore (132kms - 3 Hrs)
After your breakfast in the relaxing atmosphere of Bundi, you can take another walk up to the Taragarh Fort. Don't to miss the impressive step-wells, and simply enjoy walking through the narrow streets of this captivating town. The Palace is completely abandoned but its visit is open to general public. Get lost inside the building and feel like an explorer in this place often ignored by tourists. Your driver will take you to Ranthambore, one of the largest national parks in northern India and best known for the tiger population. Overnight in Ranthambore.
Day 06: Ranthambore Safari
Early morning, you will be picked up by a Canter (large roofless vehicle) or a private jeep (according to your booking choice) for a Safari in the National Park. You will get a chance to spot the tigers and other wild species like jackals, leopards, fishing cats, sloth bears and many more. Enjoy the marvellous green environment of this wild nature. This mission lasts for around three hours, then you return back to the hotel for breakfast and spend the rest of the morning relaxing in the comfort of the hotel. Post lunch, your afternoon jungle safari continues into the Ranthambore National Park for wildlife viewing. In the evening you return back to the hotel to relax and after dinner, you retire for the night.
Day 07: Ranthambore – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra (260kms - 6 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Agra via Fatehpur Sikri, the former capital of Mughal ruler Akbar which was abandoned due to lack of water after only few years of occupation. Within the fort are few interesting palaces. Later drive down to Agra - "City of Taj Mahal". On arrival transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 08: Agra Sightseeing Tour – Delhi (231 kms - 4 hrs)
Start the day off by visiting the famous Taj Mahal during sunrise. It is the symbol of love built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Next, you will visit the Agra Fort (a UNESCO World Heritage site) built by the great Emperor Akbar. Existing since the 11th century, the Fort was expanded by the Mughals and contains several buildings such as the Hall of Public Audience and also several gates (the Delhi Gate and the Lahore Gate are the most famous). After sightseeing, we will depart from Agra to Delhi. On arrival check in to the hotel. Stay overnight at Delhi.
Day 09: Delhi – Local Sightseeing – Departure
Enjoy your breakfast. Then, according to your flight schedule, the day will be dedicated to Old and New Delhi visit: Red Fort (closed Mondays), the nearby great Jama Masjid Mosque, India Gate, Qutb Minar (the 72 meter high monument) and more depending on your interests as you can decide with your driver who knows very well his hometown. Your driver will then take you to the airport for your departure flight.
