Day 01: Jodhpur Arrival
Upon your arrival in Jodhpur, your private driver will greet you at Jodhpur Airport/ Railway Station and transfer you to your Hotel. Check in and rest of the day is at your leisure and rest. Overnight stay at Jodhpur.
Day 02: Jodhpur Sightseing – Jaisalmer (285 Kms / 6 hrs)
After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Jodhpur city. The tour start from the Mehrangarh Fort, a formidable and impressive hilltop fort. A series of gates lead to the Fort "Jayapol" built by Maharaja Man Singh in 1806 and the "Fatehpol" or 'Victory Gate', erected by Maharaja Ajit Singh to celebrate his victory over the Mughals. The main gate is the "Lahapol", an iron gate besides which there are 15 hand prints which are the 'Sati Marks' of Maharaja Man Singh's widows who threw themselves upon his funeral pyre in 1843. Inside the fort, visit the palaces "Moti Mahal" or 'Pearl Palace', the "Sukh Mahal" or 'Pleasure Palace' and the "Phool Mahal" or 'Flower Palace'. Continue the tour to visit the 'Jaswant Thada', a marble cenotaph built in 1899 as a memorial to Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Post lunch, drive to the Golden city of Jaisalmer. On arrival check-in to your hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03: Jaisalmer Sightseeing
After breakfast proceed for city sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer. Visit the Jaisalmer Fort which is made by unique Golden Lime stone, hence also known as Golden Fort (Sonar Quila). Next visit Patwon-ki-haveli, Nathmal-ki-haveli. Salim singh-ki-Haveli. People still live in these ancient buildings dating from 12th to 15th century. Every house has exquisite carvings.
In the evening, proceed for camel ride on Sam Sand Dunes. Take the camel safari and immerse in the spirit of Rajasthan all through the night by staying in the mud-huts, meeting warm and rustic people of Rajasthan and have a touch of their culture with their lively music, folk dance, singing performances and other cultural programs. Overnight stay at Jaisalmer camps.
Day 04: Jaisalmer – Bikaner (333kms - 6 Hrs)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Bikaner. On arrival, check-in to your hotel. Later, you will visit the Junagarh Fort, built in 1611 AD. Other places that are worth visiting here include Karan Mahal, Anup Mahal and Bijai Phool Mahal. Overnight stay at Bikaner.
Day 05: Bikaner Sightseeing – Mandawa (190kms - 3.5 Hrs)
After breakfast check out from hotel and visit the 16th century magnificent Junagarh Fort, which includes Anup Mahal, Gaj Mandir, Sheesh Mahal and Prachina Museum, Lalgarh Palace. Other places of interest include the famous camel breeding farm just outside the town (closed on Sundays). Later drive to Mandawa. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. The evening is booked to visit the Shekhawati region and explore the frescoes and painted Havelis followed by a camel ride. Overnight stay at Mandawa.
Day 06: Mandawa Sightseeing – Jaipur (188km- 3.5 hrs)
After breakfast and check out formalities, you will be taken on a trip to Mandawa fort. It is an 18th century fort famous for arched gateway, paintings of Lord Krishna, mirror work, antiques and others. The fort is built in medieval theme and is now a heritage hotel. You can find many ancient paintings in this fort. There is various other tourist attractions in Mandawa like as Castle Mandawa, Gulab Rai Wadia Haveli, Chowkhadi Haveli, Goenka Duoble Haveli. If time allows then you can visit these attractions. Later drive to Jaipur upon arrival check into your hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 07: Jaipur Sightseeing
Spend a day exploring the beauty of Pink City, Jaipur. Your driver will take you to see many of the famous sights including the Amber Fort, Jal Mahal (Water Palace), City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds). In the late afternoon visit the bazaars in search of jewellery, textiles and local art. Stay overnight in Jaipur.
Day 08: Jaipur – Agra via Fatehpur Sikri (240km - 5 hrs)
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Agra en route visit Fatehpur Sikri, On arrival check in at hotel. Proceed for sightseeing visiting the world famous Taj Mahal built by the Mughal Emperor Shahjahan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. If time permits later visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience. Return back to the Hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 09: Agra – Delhi (225 kms - 5 hrs)
Visit the Taj Mahal, symbol of eternal love; which stands on the banks of River Yamuna. It was built by the 5th Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, with construction beginning in the year 1632, in memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Later, visit Agra Fort, taken over from the Lodhis by the Mughal Emperor Akbar in the late 16th century. Finally visit the tomb of Akbar the Great located in Sikandra, a suburb of Agra.
Day 10: Delhi – Local Sightseeing – Departure
Breakfast at hotel. Check out from hotel. Visit to Qutab Minar, Himayun Tomb and Lotus Temple (Monday closed). At the end of your tour, you will be transferred to the Delhi Airport / Rly Stn for your onward Journey.
