Day 01: Arrival at Jaipur
Your trip starts from Jaipur where our representative will welcome you at Jaipur International airport or railway station. Check into your hotel and stay overnight.
Day 02: Jaipur Sightseeing
After breakfast, start exploring Jaipur. First attractions is Amber Fort which is located 11 km from Jaipur. You may also enjoy elephant ride here. Later go out to explore the attractions of the city such as City Palace Museum, Jantar Mantar Observatory and Hawa Mahal. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 03: Jaipur – Pushkar (140kms - 3 Hrs)
Enjoy your breakfast in the pink city, before your private driver meets you at your hotel. We will then head to the holy city of Pushkar. On the way, you will visit Ajmer, and its Taragarh Fort (one of the oldest hill forts in India and in the world). In Pushkar, you will discover the Brahma Temple, which is the only temple in India dedicated to Lord Brahma. This temple is marked by a red spire and over the entrance gateway, there is a beautiful statue of a Hans (goose) - the celestial of Lord Brahma. After walking to the famous Holy Pushkar Lake, sit down and watch Hindu people bathing and washing. Pushkar will provide you with a deep experience of the Indian rural lifestyle. Day 04: Pushkar – Bundi (190kms - 4 Hrs)
After having breakfast we will drive to the small charming city of Bundi, surrounded by the hills of the Aravalli Range. Bundi is a city you will explore by foot, as no hectic traffic will bother you. Off the beaten tracks, you will visit Garh palace with its marvellous paintings and enjoy the fantastic view over the city. From there you can walk up to the Taragarh Fort (also called Star Fort). Built in 1354, the Fort offers a fantastic top-view down on the city. Don't to miss the impressive step-wells, and simply enjoy walking through the narrow streets of this captivating town. Overnight stay in Bundi.
Day 05: Bundi – Ranthambore (132kms - 3 Hrs)
After your breakfast in the relaxing atmosphere of Bundi, you can take another walk up to the Taragarh Fort. Don't to miss the impressive step-wells, and simply enjoy walking through the narrow streets of this captivating town. The Palace is completely abandoned but its visit is open to general public. Get lost inside the building and feel like an explorer in this place often ignored by tourists. Your driver will take you to Ranthambore, home of the famous National Park. Overnight in Ranthambore.
Day 06: Ranthambore Jungle Safari
Early morning, you will be picked up by a Canter (large roofless vehicle) or a private jeep (according to your booking choice) for a Safari in the National Park. You will get a chance to spot the tigers and other wild species like jackals, leopards, fishing cats, sloth bears and many more. Enjoy the marvellous green environment of this wild nature. This mission lasts for around three hours, then you return back to the hotel for breakfast and spend the rest of the morning relaxing in the comfort of the hotel. Post lunch, your afternoon jungle safari continues into the Ranthambore National Park for wildlife viewing. In the evening you return back to the hotel to relax and after dinner, you retire for the night.
Day 07: Ranthambore – Agra
In the morning, after the farewell breakfast, you visit the Ranthambore Fort. The Fort is known for the glory and valor of the Chauhan dynasty, it is huge and take around two hours to complete. Return at the hotel to check out and a drive to Agra. On the way, we will stop in Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted red sandstone city built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar. Fatehpur Sikri was the capital of the Mughal empire from 1571 to 1585. It was abandoned shortly after its completion, due to lack of water and the proximity with enemies. Then you will continue to Agra, home of the famous Taj Mahal. Overnight in Agra.
Day 08: Agra – Delhi
Start the day off by visiting the famous Taj Mahal during sunrise. It is the symbol of love built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Next, you will visit the Agra Fort (a UNESCO World Heritage site) built by the great Emperor Akbar. Existing since the 11th century, the Fort was expanded by the Mughals and contains several buildings such as the Hall of Public Audience and also several gates (the Delhi Gate and the Lahore Gate are the most famous). You will also visit the Sikandra Fort. Then your driver will take you to Delhi. According to your arrival time, you can decide with your driver to visit some of the many sites that Delhi has to offer. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 09: Delhi Departure
Enjoy your breakfast. Then, according to your flight schedule, the day will be dedicated to Old and New Delhi visit: Red Fort (closed Mondays), the nearby great Jama Masjid Mosque (built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan between 1644 and 1656, it is one of the largest Mosques in India), the Chandni Chowk market (one of the oldest and busiest markets in Old Delhi), Qutb Minar (the 72 meter high monument) and more depending on your interests as you can decide with your driver who knows very well his hometown. Your driver will then take you to the airport for your departure flight.
